A recipe is a start. A week is the goal.

Meal is built around the everyday work of deciding what to eat, planning who’s eating, and getting the groceries together.

Something useful before you sign up.

The US site offers 50 complete recipes and free example weeks with adjustable portions. You can cook a recipe, explore a plan, and save the grocery list without an account.

The US app is on the way.

Meal’s US iPhone release is on a waitlist. The free web plans demonstrate the planning approach; they are not a live connection to an iPhone account. The app previews use English demo screens. The grocery preview is adapted to US labels and units; the final interface may change before launch.

Know what’s behind a recipe.

Meal maintains the recipe library and planning content. We do not claim kitchen tests that haven’t been completed.
